Take Shape For Life has a program for you, no matter what your health goals are. For weight loss we recommend a 5 & 1 Plan consisting of 5 Medifast meals per day and a low fat, nutritionally balanced meal. This meal should consist of lean meat and a green salad or other, low starch vegetables. You may have up to 1 bar per day.

There are also specialized programs for weight loss, weight maintenance, diabetic nutrition, sports nutrition and woman's wellbeing. Take Shape For Life also features Medifast Plus products for Joint Health, Women's Health, and Coronary Health.
